I'm proud to share with you these exciting new ideas on easy healthy recipes, that i have put together with the help of my culinary friends for the use of "superfood".
Q: Elina, I’m just wondering if you know some easy recipes for losing body fat? :)) also when you lost a lot of weight, was there anything that you stopped eating (chocolate, cookies etc)?
A: You can find good "fat lose" recipes higher in a blog. I'm working hard to add more. Balance is the key. Sweets are the enemies :)
Q: Dear Elina,
I hope you are well. I hope to become a tennis player when I am a few years older but I'm not sure about my diet. What kind of diet plan is required in order to be a professional tennis player?
A: Hi, the best diet is the one that makes you feel full of energy and light on the court and normal life. Less refined sugar. More fruits and vegetables.
Q: First of all, I´m a huge fan of you as a player, athlete and person.
I value the effort you make with your foundation, very much, and I found it so amazing that you get to help other kids accomplish their dreams.
I have 1 question about your daily work as a tennis player and the rotines you follow that help you stay disciplined through out the season and don´t lose motivation during the process.
A: Thank you! Motivation is a very tricky thing. It comes and goes. The most important is to have good habits and strong discipline. Have a small goals and rewards afterwards. Hope this help. Good luck :)
Q. Hi Elina! I'm a huge fan of you in Japan. Thank you for being my inspiration and motivation :)
I've been working out (your workouts on Instagram and spin bike) at home during quarantine. Should I eat before and after working out? What Should I eat? When is the best time?
A: Awesome effort!
Few hours before your workout the best is to have high carb meal (like pasta, rice, quinoa) with little protein. And after workout within hour, to eat protein based food (meat, chicken, fish, beans) and less carbs. Protein shake is a good alternative.
Q: Hello Elina from Austin, Texas. I have actually tried some of your smoothies (very delicious and healthy!) I started working out and trying to diet appropriately. Do you have "Cheat"/"Flex" meals where you can eat whatever you want- or are you always eating "healthy" all the time? Thanks!
A: Really appreciate your kind words. Of course sometimes i have a cheat meal (im not a robot haha). But i try to limit it or eat them in the first part of the day. Its always nice to treat your self after a good week of a healthy diet.
